The brief was to create a brand for a family-run care business operating two care homes and create a website to showcase the homes. The company had not updated their branding or website for over a decade and it was now in need of modernising to help the company stand out from their competitors.
The Project
The company had not updated their branding or website for over a decade and it was now in need of modernising to help the company stand out from their competitors.
The Method
The homes are both in period buildings in peaceful settings and provide a home-from-home service, distinct from many competitors which are new, hotel-like buildings. To do this we created a brand which ties in with the character and age of the properties, and which shows off their beautiful settings, wonderful gardens and close-knit community-focused teams of carers.
Creating Content
We created a new suite of photographs using real people instead of stock imagery and some drone runs to show the homes in the context of their environments.
The copy focused on what the homes do differently and how the values of the family positively impact the daily lives of those that work and live in the homes.
The Results
The homes are now properly represented for what they are and the website is an authentic representation of all the good that the homes do, and have done for decades. We created a suite of printed and digital materials for the homes to use, and continue to work with the company to build their brand.
